E anche i The Game Awards 2020 si sono conclusi. L’edizione di quest’anno è stata bella piena di annunci ma partiamo, intanto, dalla lista dei vincitori:

Ecco qua di seguito la lista completa delle news dei vari annunci dell’evento:
- Nuovo teaser trailer per Dragon Age 4.
- Nuovo trailer per Monster Hunter Rise con tanto di annuncio della demo. Preparatevi presto a cacciare di nuovo mostri su Nintendo Switch.
- Annunciato Open Roads, nuovo gioco dei creatori di Gone Home. Il gioco si concentrerà sul rapporto tra le due protagoniste con un sistema di dialoghi innovativo e profondo.
- Annunciato Ark 2, gioco che vedrà al suo interno anche Vin Diesel, che ha prestato il suo volto. Inoltre è stato anche pubblicato il trailer della serie animata dedicata al primo titolo della serie.
- Nuovo trailer per Nier Replicant in cui viene mostrato il sistema di combattimento.
- Annuncio della beta di Scavengers, titolo free-to-play in arrivo su Playstation 4 e Xbox One.
- Mostrato il primo trailer di Callisto Protocol, seguito spirituale di Dead Space. Il gioco è sviluppato da Striking Distance e a capo del progetto c’è proprio Glen Schofield.
- Sephiroth si unisce alla lotta in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Sarà disponibile nel corso del 2020.
- Altro seguito spirituale, questa volta di Left 4 Dead. Parliamo di Back 4 Blood, sviluppato proprio da Turtle Rock e in arrivo il 22 Giugno 2021 su PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X/S e Xbox One.
- Svelato il primo gioco di The Initiative, si tratta di Perfect Dark. Lo studio messo in piedi da Microsoft con veterani dell’industria sta lavorando a quello che sembra un remake del gioco di Rare pubblicato su Nintendo 64 ormai 20 anni fa.
- Ghosts ‘n Goblins torna in vita su Nintendo Switch con Ghost ‘n Goblins Resurrection. Il titolo uscirà sulla console ibrida il 25 febbrario 2021.
